The Seasonally Adjusted Louse
Random inspiration: seasonally adjusted louse
AI-generated painting and story
The story
The louse adjusted its tie. It checked the calendar. It was time for the seasonal adjustment. It sat in the grey room. It waited. Nothing happened. It remained seated. It looked at the wall. It thought about the season. It did not move. The light did not change. It stayed on the chair. It was very still. The season passed. It remained adjusted. It waited for the next one. It was a quiet afternoon.
The brief
A single louse sits upright on a mahogany chair in a grey room. It wears a small grey suit and holds a calendar. The light is flat and grey. The colours are grey and brown. The louse looks forward.
The painting and the story were written from this same scene, so the two describe one moment.
