AI-generated anime picture and story
The story
Minori Tachibana and Taro Hoshikawa were supposed to be debating the new transit bill inside the hall, but the sudden rain drove them beneath the awning with one umbrella between them. Sachiko Yamada, their aide, watched from the steps with a thermos of tea, smiling as the rivals argued over whose turn it was to hold the handle. The city lights blurred into watercolor streaks behind them, and for a moment, the weight of the opposition benches felt lighter than the shared warmth beneath the plastic canopy. Minori conceded a point, Taro grinned, and the bill passed by morning.
The picture brief
Two councilors share a single translucent umbrella during a downpour outside a marble city hall, laughing as they huddle close; soft golden streetlights reflect off wet pavement, casting amber and silver glows across their coats.
The picture and the story were written from this same scene, so the two describe one moment. The genre is the one this 45-minute slot rotates to, not a choice made afterwards.
