Orbital Ramen Rescue
Sci-fi
Original characters: Jinro Tsubame and Luna Vex
AI-generated anime picture and story
The story
Jinro Tsubame drifted through the silent corridors of the abandoned station, his magnetic boots clicking against the metal floor. He had come to salvage parts, but instead found Luna Vex, a lone engineer who had been waiting years for a rescue that never came. She looked exhausted, her eyes heavy with isolation. Jinro reached into his pack and pulled out a single, perfectly preserved bowl of instant ramen. He activated a portable heater, and steam curled into the zero-gravity air. They shared the meal, laughing as noodles floated away from their chopsticks. For the first time in ages, the cold station felt warm, and the silence felt like peace.
The picture brief
Jinro and Luna float inside a glowing green hydroponics bay aboard a derelict station. Jinro holds a steaming bowl of noodles while Luna clutches a floating spoon, both smiling. Soft purple emergency lights reflect off floating water droplets and glass panels around them.
The picture and the story were written from this same scene, so the two describe one moment. The genre is the one this 45-minute slot rotates to, not a choice made afterwards.
